Just off a call with a few people in Australia.
This vocational college wants to build an online English school for Southeast Asia.

I have been running events for some time now, with a database of over 1000 students taking free lessons. Now it is time to monetize it.

* Paying online can be added to the registration system.
SE Asia and even Japan have problematic banks. Everything should go straight to Australia where there is a reliable banking system.
Form of payment being investigated:
1. Debit card (PayPal, pinpayments.com/)
2. Bitcoin (https://www.blockonomics.co/, www.opennode.com/)
* DigiByte (https://bit.ly/DGBPRES), Bitcoin, and Bitcoin Lightning as payment methods (https://bit.ly/RDBLNWP)
* All payments are processed in Australia, ensuring reliability in the financial system. People are paid by Bitcoin/ DigiByte each month.
Website:
* One website solely as the events calendar, LMS, and a forum for discussions (smartschool.asia).
* freeschool.asia will offer one free lesson coupon for each paid lesson.
* Each website can have a front, with the database for all websites the same. Students pay per lesson, not a monthly fee.
Websites for specific training:
* IELTSAcademic.asia (IELTS, obviously)
* OET.asia (for medical English)
What may also work is as the university will want to use some of their trainers, a TESOL certificate mark next to people's names who are TESOL qualified. This way, people know that some teachers are certified TESOL trainers and have gone through some training (most university trainers, in particular here in Japan, have no TESOL qualifications).
I now have my MBA, specializing in digital transformation (http://bit.ly/MBADGTRJP), so can manage the project from start to finish.
Cooperation:
* I have spoken to a university in Bangkok about setting up with them. The maintenance of the website could be done by IT and business management students (students get paid about 100-150THB an hour in Bangkok).
* Would then have access to coders who can code anything that needs coding (minimal, Wordpress does most of it).
